“I didn't realise courses like this were available to do in the comfort of your own home! Take a break, put kettle on and come back and continue. Makes learning far more enjoyable!”

“the training programme from NCASS was very well thought through with plenty of graphics, content and additionaly having a voice over is better than being in class [you can pause and have a brew at any time !] it was a really good course and it is always good to learn to boost your [and other's ]knowledge”

“Very informative, clear and very detailed information on what is required of staff/owners in the safe use of equipment, set boundaries as to what can and cannot be done by staff/owner. Well presented easy to understand, should not be thought of as daunting in anyway, i feel that i now have a better understanding and are more confidant in the handling of the equipment.
