“Simple to follow and easy to understand. However there were several spelling mistakes in the exam which doesn’t really inspire confidence. Otherwise a good course to get the required qualification”

“Great course with very useful and applicable information. One issue I did have with it was the speed at which the information appeared. The course could have been completed in less time had this not been the case. Of course you don't want people skimming through the information, but the snail pace did become frustrating.”

“Unfortunately i found this training very poor. Although the content was relevant and comprehensive the delivery style was unengaging and dry. I’d value more interactivity, different delivery methods eg videos. Some content could have been added to course notes, supplementary info rather than the core curriculum. Also would have benefitted from proofreading to correct errors etc”

“The training was very frustrating as on EVERY slide I had read and understood the content and then had to wait at least 20 seconds for the continue button to appear. This meant that I could have completed the course within 2 hours and not 4 which is what it took.”

“very comprehensive. the training slides are handy with narration but could be better if slides are complete and not slowed down so it gives the quicker learner a chance to shorten the revision time.”
