“Easy to use. Very helpful overall for someone who is just starting out in the business. Access and explaining step-by-step process when first joining NCASS might be helpful. Perhaps specific guides on whichever catering one is planning on doing (such as Street Food, Mobile Catering, etc). Its hard to understand exactly what I need to do and what needs to be prioritised, so a little guidance on this would be beneficial. But overall I'm really enjoying being part of the NCASS family.”

“I thought the training was very thorough however it was very repatative. When carrying out the training I was not able to listen to it so I had to sit and wait for each slide to load which slowed the process down.”

“I really liked the format and on the whole experienced very few problems with the technology. The detail felt right and the modules were a good length. Thank you! I was able to complete in my own time which was a real bonus”
