“Training material provided lots of useful information on Safe Food Handling. It was very interactive engaging; and provides opportunity to make notes whilst going through the slides. In my opinion; some of the modules have lots of slides; and after a while it became very difficult to retain that amount of information. This type of interactive training required time and concentration to be successful.”

“A good quality course however there are a few spelling arrors through the slides and some of the end of module "knowledge tests" contain questions about things not actually covered in the slides. One in particular lists the same answer twice one being correct and the other registering as wrong. It was a question about times for a licencable premesis. However these tests do not count towards a pass so it's not the end of the world. Other than that the course is of high quality and I would recommend it to others in the industry.”
