“Detailed information on all aspects of food hygiene. A few minor spelling errors in information slides and as answers in the multiple choice section of the training. Great that you can sit modules in different sittings and do not need to complete all in one go.”

“All I can say is this online training I've been doing is fantastic. I've passed 3 upto now 1 of them being a level 3, the modules and explanation of everything is great and so easy to sink on. . Thanks Julie”

“Great training and easy. Just the voice over is annoying me some spelling mistakes in there too. There’s also a mock question that had 2 teams answers and one said it was incorrect”

“I recommend this course to anyone who is setting up a catering businees or just loves to have dinner parties. The course was explained in the most simple terms to understand. Easy to get around the course never crashed you can log out and come back where you left off no pressure to rush. Enjoy taking the end of module multiple choice questions. Overall I have no complaints.”

“I'd rather have the information structured better. Also the notes are helpful to save time, however you still need to see slide by slide, which for quick readers is a waste of time.”
