“Avoid these guys. Told that there is only one insurer in the world who will insure a fixed site cater with a mobile element which is a Chinese company. Massive spike in premiums and still a lack of documents from them. Three months on and still fail to send the public liability certificate. Giles insurance didn't want to know, and have failed to respond to emails. This has now cost me money as I have been unable to book some Christmas events due to the missing documentation. Avoid”
