“I am very happy with the great service I received from Tom at Giles Insurance. He listened to our needs and pointed me in the right direction, really understanding our organisation and what we aim to do. He made a potentially stressful job easy. He got back to me as planned, explained things and the whole thing is sorted out in less than a day. Top service and thank you so much for sending the links to NCASS which we have now joined.”

“Not had any experience with other insurers as we have been very satisfied with that provided from Giles insurance. Have not had to make an claims or anything either though (and hopefully never will!) When you speak to people if the phone there they are always really lovely and very helpful!”
