“Renewal of policy was quick and easy.I phoned to get documents resent as my e mails had disappeared this was no problem at all, resent them straight away.”

“I've been dealing with Neil today and for someone who's never done this before - he was extremely helpful, and patient with my questions! I'm a granular kinda guy and I need to get the detail clear before I make any decisions - and Neil did just that. Friendly to talk to, very knowledgeable, and totally honest and transparent. This meant for some easy decision making which can be hard for me! Very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Giles insurance to anyone wanting reasonable premiums and extremely easy service. Thanks Neil, Anthony and everyone at Giles.”
