“They are always happy to help and work hard on our behalf to get us the cover we need. We have a variety of policies with them and its not always straight forward. So we do appreciate the time they spend getting us the right deal.”

“I can not express how thankful that I was fortunate enough to talk to Neil and be able to discuss my exact catering insurance needs. Not only did he listen to me, he questioned me to find out exactly what I needed. He went away and made a bespoke insurance policy for me which is exactly what I needed. Unlike other companies where I didn't fit the mould, he researched and talked to me about my business and what I expected from my insurance. I looked elsewhere, but felt that the personal service I received was above and beyond. I can not thank you enough. I have already recommended him to other friends. I am also so very pleased that I am a NCASS member as he was able to offer me an amazing offer. I will not be using anyone else moving forward”

“I've been dealing with Neil today and for someone who's never done this before - he was extremely helpful, and patient with my questions! I'm a granular kinda guy and I need to get the detail clear before I make any decisions - and Neil did just that. Friendly to talk to, very knowledgeable, and totally honest and transparent. This meant for some easy decision making which can be hard for me! Very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Giles insurance to anyone wanting reasonable premiums and extremely easy service.
