“Neil at Giles insurance is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the catering industry. Sorted my requirements out for my truck and trailer. Always responds to calls and emails when contacted. Would recommend highly.”

“Avoid these guys. Told that there is only one insurer in the world who will insure a fixed site cater with a mobile element which is a Chinese company. Massive spike in premiums and still a lack of documents from them. Three months on and still fail to send the public liability certificate. Giles insurance didn't want to know, and have failed to respond to emails. This has now cost me money as I have been unable to book some Christmas events due to the missing documentation. Avoid”

“I Insured on their recommendation with AGEAS for my and my wife's annual holiday insurance. I had a serious issue with my wife while on holiday in Croatia and found out that Ageas were excellent at the moment they were needed most.”

“I used a different insurer for my comercial vechile insurance. I was left feeling let down, dissapointed, and not listened too. Having used NCASS for my public liability I have had nothing but a smooth ride.Easy, straight forward, and done! With the courteous and polite staff I was left feeling more than happy (thank you Neil Giles)”

“Neil at Giles was VERY helpful and advised me of the correct Liability insurance I required for my mobile Sandwich business. He also inquired about my van insurance, when I provided him with this information he advised me that I did not have "Mobile" insurance. I have now sorted all this out and I am very grateful to Neil for advising me of this as the consequences should I have had an accident in the future could mean the end of my business.. Truly Appreciated. Fiona Jackson”

“They offer a brilliant service and advise when it comes to insurances, Giles Insurance will always find you the best and most suitable insurance for your business. I had my first PLI with them and I renewed with them, cause it includes everything my business needs to be covered for to a very good price. Yes, there are cheaper offers on the market but be aware a lot of them do not cover things like food prepared in your prep kitchen, just cooking on site, and they just make you ware of this when you start asking questions, where NCASS insurance will ask you the right questions to get the right cover for you. I can just not praise them enough!”
