“Neil and the team at Giles Insurance were instrumental in going above and beyond to assist with the insurance requirements for my business. Having struggled previously due to my young age, but having started a business where I require to tow a trailer, they have helped and in liaising with the underwriters and managed to ensure I have everything I needed. “They closed suddenly without notice while there's balance of 8000 dollars ! Now they don't allow trading or more than that, asking me to open a new account !! What about my money !!! I am currently working with '' wikihelpdesks @ gmail .com '' for assistance to help me get my fund back from them.”

“A genuinely helpful person who cared about me as a customer and helped me understand if I had the correct insurance cover as well as resend me a copy of my Public Liability insurance. Listened to me, helped me, very efficient and competent. Really friendly and happy. Really made my day. I felt looked after and wish there were more people like him in the customer service world, in other businesses.”

“We have used Giles Insurance Consultants for many years, and they are the NCASS preferred supplier for Insurance. Never had a reason to speak to speak to them, until we recently wanted to add Nitrogen Ice Cream to our product range, and the initial feedback from the underwriter was they would not touch us with a barge pole! With the help of Neil at Giles Insurance we wrote our risk assessment and method statement and explained all the safety features, and not only has it been added to our PL insurance we have not had to pay a penny extra. Can't recommend Giles Insurance enough, and obviously a great benefit for being a member of NCASS.”
