“In another life I spent months generating, reviewing and updating Risk assessments...it's a chore. NCASS RA system is unparalleled with anything I've seen in this industry or others. Simplicity itself. On top of that, they have a great team that are incredibly helpful. If you're starting a food business, do yourself a favour and let NCASS take some of the headache away. They have always provided me with excellent support and advice, carried out research on my behalf on specific issues I have asked them about, provided robust and thorough systems to work with that have been essential to my business.
