Hello Sandra, As advised in your continued threats by email, you, the customer are responsible for the delivery service you choose at checkout. I understand that you chose to reject the goods as you did not wish to pay the customs charges and that you also now expect us to bear the cost of your carraige. You chose the most expensive service with DHL Express and they will not refund the carriage to us, therefore we also are unable to refund this cost to you. I am sorry that you find this decision unfair, however, we do clearly state in our delivery policies that if you choose to reject a delivery, we will refund you minus any carriage costs once the items are returned: Wishing you a good day :) With kindest regards, Na'vi Organics Ltd

“I have been using Na'vi products for about a year now, and I really appreciate the high quality of what they do. I know from experience with lesser quality versions that Na'vi quality is very good. Their service is also good, products arrive well packed and in good time. Everything is responsibly packaged too - almost no plastics, just the lids of the jars. Over time I can track that regular use of the products has improved wellbeing, some herbs like the nootropics are quickly noticeable, others like the tonics seem to build strength over time. With herbal medicines it really pays to get the best quality otherwise its touch and go whether they work...Na'vi certainly deliver in this regard and I am thankful for what they do.”
