“Good range of products and seem to be of good quality. I wished the company would think about a more environmentally sustainable product containers recycling. Their herb powders come in thick glass jars and pods which are expensive and heavy (adding to shipping costs) and all these costs are being passed onto customers - hence their products are quite expensive. I have been ordering from them for over a year now and have accumulated quite a number lot of glass jars which I wished they could be reused or trad-in recycling option. I wished the company could provide options to have their herbs packaged in say ziplock pouches if returning customers just want a refil to reduce the overall costs rahter than having to buy a brand new jar each time.”

“I've been using Na'vi products for a few years now, and appreciate very much the quality of each of their products. The extract powder format makes them both versatile and easy to use, and its easy to feel a difference for the better after using them for a few weeks, sometimes even after just a few hours. So many alternative versions on the market don't come close to matching the quality of Na'vi and from experience for optimum efficacy herbal medicines need to be free of toxins and produced with love and care. Their service is also great - orders always arrive promptly and are packed very well.”

Hello Bart, as we have explained to you via our correspondence, customs in your country are holding your parcel. We are unable to do anything until they either release it to you or reject it and return it to us. We are really sorry; however, in these circumstances, we really do have no control over how long they take for the clearance process. As we have said, we will ensure you get the product or a refund, however we are not able to refund you, while customs is still ongoing in their evaluation.

“Been having a spoon of Elixir powder with my smoothie every morning for the past month or so. I feel so much more energised and pain free (I have stage 4 endometriosis), I can safely say that this is having a wonderful nourishing, anti-inflammatory effect on my body.
