“I am giving 5 stars despite the fact I still have only received half of my recent order. The problem lies with the courier DPD who have claimed to have delivered the two packages I was due to receive whereas only one has shown up, approx a week ago now ..... So waiting for you to sort it out it otherwise the 5 stars may need to be reduced!”

“I only ever use Naturo grain free pet food and have to go to one particular shop to buy it but they dont always have the grain free. I thought I'd try ordering online and was very surprised at the speed of delivery! I got the order within two days! I will definitely be ordering online in future. Great service and quality product!”

“Have been using Naturo for some months now and can honestly say the service is really good. Deliveries are made quickly and all products ordered are delivered - I have never had any issues. My pets love the food and I can see in their coats and general health, this is good for them.”

“At long last have found a dog food that suits our welsh sheepdog without upsetting his stomach. He is on the wet food trays and not a scrap is left in his bowl, his toilet habits have changed for the better and his overall physical appearance and well being has improved. Very pleased with product and delivery.”

“The packaging was completely broken when my first order arrived. A couple of trays were also split. When I complained via email. I had a response from Courtney, Customer Service Advisor - she was very helpful and quite shocked at the photos I'd sent showing how the goods arrived. I am also being sent free replacements for the split cartons. My complaint was handled very swiftly and professionally. However - the packaging and delivery team really need to look at other ways to ensure the items arrive in good condition.”
