“Great products. My dog actually eats all of the flavours but especially the salmon tray. He was always fussy about biscuits but loves the Naturo chicken biscuits too. Great value particularly as Barney eats everything.”

“Product is good, shame about the marketing and customer service. (Customer service all very polite, and respond quickly, but lacking in delivering any actual customer satisfaction.) Don't expect any of the advertised discounts to work unless you have read and absorbed *every* line on *every* screen, and make no assumptions. And don't expect any corrections or goodwill if you get charged more than you'd expected and report your concerns to them - even if they agree that your concerns are valid and thank you for the screenshots and notes which they are passing to the relevant department for action. 😞”

“We found this dog food a few years ago - excellent for a dog with allergies. Order it online now for a saving. Last order was sent in error - but as I always say mistakes happen - Much more important is how a Company deals with mistakes . A young lady in Customer Care - Abbie - gave the matter her full attention - I could not praise her high enough !! Always good to deal with a Company who look out properly for their customers ... Lots of thanks from Mr D. Ripley. .......”

“Food is great it appears you've changed who deliver from DPD to Royal Mail DPD were great and you got a text when the food was being delivered Royal Mail - obviously you had packaged it in two boxes which arrived on different days and with the tins dented If they are cheaper well you get what you pay for if not go back to DPD”

“Some I have brought in a supermarket have been mouldy when opened. Reported to company,who investigated but could not find a problem. No problem so far with ones brought directly from company. My 5 boys love it.”

“I first found Naturo puppy in the supermarket and looked at the constituents and it looked to me to be well balanced. I use it to accompany the kibble that I feed my pup. She is not food driven however she polishes off her meals.”
