“Excellent service, delivered as requested. I had been previously mislead and had my money taken and not refunded by "Not In The Dog House". This company is based in Yorkshire and it appears many people have not had their money back and no product shipped. Be Warned DO NOT buy from them. I would like to appeal in this post here for Naturo to make sure they do not supply to these people. Their address is Merlin House Low Moor Lane, Scotton, Knaresborough, HG5 9JB. Regards LR”

“My dogs love this food, and I do too! I have a 13 year old pug and an 11 year old akita mix and they are doing really well on this. Their poops are firm, their coats are in great condition, and they have lots of energy. The food contains glucosamine and chondroitin which I give them both as a supplement anyway due to their age and the pug's arthritis, and I like the fact they're getting that bit extra each meal. My akita sings while I get his food ready and both bowls are cleared within seconds. I've tried lots of food in the past, including raw, but I'll never swap again. If I could give 10 stars I would”

“My pup loves this food but I’m in England and can’t find a local stockist that has adult and puppy food all the time. They usually have a couple of boxes of adult food and never seen puppy food for sale locally . The shops I do have continually run out which means I have to get it from Ireland and pay alot for postage so going to have to take my dogs off it, gutted 😞”

“Great food and at a great price. Our dog with a sensitive stomach seems to do well on the food. The biscuit seems to have changed slightly since our last order but he has gotten used to it! It always arrives very quickly once the order has been placed.”

“Excellent. Our labs love the food which is grain free, the youngest recently having been switched over to grain free. The service from Naturo is first class also. After having to change our order from ordinary Nauro to grain free, it was done professionally and without any problems. Excellent service.”
