“The product is ok but the delivery service was appalling. Delivery could be any day from a Wednesday to the following Monday, I would only know the day and time on the actual day messing up my plans for the week and on two occasions the driver claimed that I was unavailable to take delivery which was not true. As they were due after 5.00 I assume the driver wanted to get home. Shopping at the supermarket is far less stressful and the small additional cost is worth the convenience. I do feel that you have been repeatedly let down by DPD.”

“My dogs get on really well with this food, I tried to order it from "Not in the Doghouse" and they failed on all levels. Delivery, communication, service. I should have gone direct from the beginning. An easy site to navigate, great introductory offer, reasonable subscription and the delivery was well within the predicted timescale. Naturo - if you are fussy about your wholesalers, you may want to take a look at Trustpilot for my original order from the other company. I'm not the only one and I wouldn't want them doing damage to your reputation by upsetting customers with shoddy service. Naturo direct for me and mine!”

“Our Akita really enjoys Naturo, of which she has her favourites! We have fed Naturo for many years now and our dogs refuse to eat any other pet food. We always buy direct from the company. However in the last two orders we have found at least two packs in each have "blown" and have been unusable. This has been disappointing.”

“My dachshund puppy became a fussy eater and would only eat Naturo - so from the dogs mouth Naturo is the best 🌟 The puppy kibble is very small so perfect for mini breeds. Will continue to buy Naturo into my pups adulthood”

“Since my dog has been on the senior Naturo food I have seen a marked improvement in her overall wellbeing. She seems to have much more energy, her coat is shiny and she has really good body condition. It has also helped with the tummy problems she suffered with. I would certainly recommend the wet food.”
