“Indy loves this food. Her excitement is uncontrollable as I open the cupboard at meal times. Her general health has been good. She used to do runny poos on previous food. However Naturo has solved this. Save and subscribe is a brill service too.”

“My dog has previously had some digestive upsets and has always seemed to have a sensitive tummy. After his last problem we realised that the foods we were trying just got more and more complex… so we went back to what his needs actually are and we wanted a simpler and more natural diet where we could know exactly what the ingredients are. Bingo! Naturo is just this… he was always hesitant but he is now very excited about his food, no more peculiar or offensive smells and seemingly regular and normal going to the loo 😊 We are using a combination of wet and dry food. The ordering and delivery was simple (though there wasn’t any indication of how long it would be from order to dispatch and delivery) and there is a subscription option to ensure the food arrives.”

“My greyhound’s love this food and unlike many other brands Ive tried over the last 20 years, it doesn’t upset their tummies or cause wind, however buying in bulk from the website; almost every tin has been damaged. None appear to have affected the food (bar one, which I threw away) but there is a small risk in giving your dog food from a dented tin! I understand the odd tin, but not literally every one.”

“We have been feeding our wee mate Naturo since she was 8 weeks old and she is now coming 4 1/2 yrs old. She gets mainly dry with a healthy spoonful of wet for additional smell, taste, texture and enjoyment factor - spoilt! She is in brilliant condition, shiny coat and superb white teeth which everyone comments on. The dish is cleaned at each meal time. Whilst she loves the trays she prefers the cans, particularly the ones in jelly. The new turkey is jelly is her favourite. Many thanks - as pet parents we know we are giving her the best we can with Naturo.”

“Ordered direct, 30 cans - half arrived damaged, however the box was not damaged so my guess is they were dispatched damaged. Offered a £6 refund and only had £5 paid into the bank. See the picture attached, make your own mind up about the customer service!!”

“Absolutely wonderful pet food , so moist and my chihuahua love it , the mini cartons are a perfect portion and the balance of rice, veg and meat is perfect, well done , I am 100% satisfied and so is my dog”
