“Have used Naturo trays and tins for some years now bought in the supermarkets. It was originally recommended to us by a dear friend and I believe the quality is very good for a reasonable price. Many similar products are hugely expensive and no better for the dogs. We have 3 biggish dogs and obviously have to be careful as we are not wealthy. My only small complaint is that the plastic trays used are over stiffened unnecessarily at the bottom and the food is difficult to completely remove. Rival manufacturers use flat bottomed trays and there is little or no wastage.”

“I gave a five-star rating for this product because it was received promptly and was well packed for delivery. Also the individual trays were also well packed. Sadly, my incredibly fussy adopted dog only ate one serving and wouldn't eat any more. I can't even remember how many different dog foods I've tried her on, so it's about her, not your product. This won't be wasted as I have a fox that lives in my lean-to at the top of my garden, who is always happy to eat what Roma rejects.”

“We have had Naturo wet tinned meat for up to 2 years now. Our dog absolutley loves his meals. We orginal had a kibble only food but at approx 1 year old he refused it. So we went to a mix of wet and kibble. 2 years on he still does a happy dance at every meal time. However we have noted that more and more cans are significantly dented and damaged. The order before last we didnt count how many were damaged. We did however complain when we noted that one can was so spoiled it was leaking. We were given a small discount of our next order.We order 48 cans at a time. This time we counted the cans. Out of 48 cans only 12 had no visible dents. Some of the 36 cans were crushed and would be considered unfit for consumption. We have been assured that new delivery packaging is in progress. We shall wait and see what the next order looks like. If it is still poor we will have to reconsider switching brands.”

“The food product seems to work well with my Labrador Retriever but sometimes the packaging is inadequate for delivery by courier. In the most recent delivery most of the 36 tins were bashed to so extent and although I have reported this I have not have even the courtesy of a reply.”
