“It seems to be getting more gravy than meat in it when I started buying it over a year ago which is a shame because I told a lot of dog owners how good value it was for a very healthy option for there dog”

“We recently changed the flavour of the dry dog food because our dogs were getting bored, Unfortunately, the new flavour we tried didn't work at all, and that is when we found out that to send the 10kg sack back to Ireland we had to pay the postage. We've subscribed to Naturo for over a year. Have now cancelled my subscription.”

“After a lengthy process of trial and error on numerous other brands of dog food, we found Naturo for our dog with a sensitive stomach. She also has a chicken allergy so we are only able to buy the duck and lamb varieties but, even so, she is happy to eat Naturo every day. We miss the 'Chef's Selection' varieties, which disappeared some time ago but our dog seems content with the limited varieties she has.”

“I'm very fussy about what my dogs eat, I want only natural nutritious food. They've been eating biscuits with cooked meat (chicken, liver, mince) for the last 2 years whilst we lived in Turkey. Now we're back in the UK that's proving more and more expensive so my mum suggested Naturo as she feeds her dog with it. I tried them on it, knowing they're fussiness (my fault entirely) and they loved it. It's so much cheaper and more convenient and I still feel that I'm giving my dogs "good" food without all the cooking and expense of meat. Now a roast chicken is a treat. Happy mum and dogs.”

“My wee mate has been on Naturo since 12 weeks old and she is now 5 in a couple of weeks. She loves the wet and dry food and we are able to mix the protein type without upsetting her tummy. So a win win. The deliveries are so convenient and the website so easy to use. Many thanks !”

“After being with Tails, which my german shepard got very bored with; we switches to Naturo. She really enjoys her food now. Naturo offers a great variety. She has a mix of the dry and wet food. The website is easy to navigate. Payment is simple. Delivery within 4 days normally. I can highly recommend Naturo”

“We can't find very many foods that our dog can eat to suit his allergies and intolerances. But the grain and gluten free options seemed to tick all our boxes. The ingredients are really great. However I didn't count on my dog having an opinion! Unfortunately he doesn't like the tuna with chicken option, but so far seems happy enough with the others. Would recommend but for fussy eaters perhaps test out a couple of tins before buying in bulk like I did!”

“My dog Muffin loves the lamb but would love if you had more choice. She is allergic to chicken as licks and bites her feet when has it so is quite limited.”

“I have tried several different foods and this one is by far the best. My dog is on a fish diet, which can limit the choices with a lot of dog foods, however Naturo offer a great selection to build some variety for her. I give her half wet and half dry and she loves it!!”

“The entire ordering process is very very easy. My dog loves the product. My only concern is and I have Emailed your customer service which was always answers. The courier serves update are really poor. I don’t blame Naturo but I would really consider changing courier to one that can give better updates.”
