“My dog and cat both love Naturo wet food, it's the healiest option I've found without going raw which I wasn't keen to do. My dog has digestive issues so finding grain and poultry free options has been challenging and expensive over the years. Buying direct from Naturo for the cat food is the most cost effective option as the only other place I found it online was Amazon at extortionate prices. Thumbs up from us. Thanks for helping us keep our pets healthy.”

“The dog food itself is excellent and my 15 year old collie loves it. However the delivery is not great. Everything occasion I have placed an order I have received damaged boxes and the cans almost all dented. Hence the 3 stars. Not sure if it needs Naturo or DPD addressing this as it is poor”

“The dogs love the food but as the price is being raised from the end of the month quote: “ our senior 7 packs so they will be increasing to £9.10 full price which is an extra 10p per tray in line with retailers prices of £1.30”. It will no longer be worth buying directly pure profiteering wanting to charge the same as the retail price to get a higher margin so, little benefit buying from them directly. Will either buy from the supermarket or possibly look for an alternative dog food. Sick of shops and manufacturers jumping on the cost of living bandwagon adding to people’s daily lives.”

“My dogs love this food, started buying directly from then as cheaper than Tesco at £1.30 a tray but, given their price increase to customers buying directly from the end of the month quote “ our senior 7 packs so they will be increasing to £9.10 full price which is an extra 10p per tray in line with retailers prices of £1.30” means that I’ll either look for an alternative dog food or buy from the supermarket as there is no longer a reason to buy directly. Purely profiteering wanting the end sellers margin on top of what they are already making.”

“We rescued a disabled cocker spaniel last year and she had digestive problems. We tried several brands of food before finding Naturo duck and rice dog food. Since she has been on this food her digestive problems have cleared up. Other meat and poultry products cause problems for her so it is great to find a food that is just duck without any other meat. She really enjoys it too.”

“I am buying on behalf of a friend whose dog can only eat Naturo pet food since an incident when he was poisoned. It is not always available in local supermarkets though it is always needed. I cannot fault the delivery which was very fast and arrived in good order”
