“In the past 144 cans that i have ordered over the space of 2 months every single one of them have been badly dinged/damaged. (All outer packaging was intact, no damage to delivery box plastic etc) it seems minor but it means that the pet food does not cleanly come out of the tin creating a mess. Clearly they send all the damaged tins out on the online orders and the non damaged ones to the shop which is disappointing Will be cancelling my subscription.”

“Good is great better “chicken and lamb” than the chicken only recipe since you changed it few months ago Is there any way for your marketing team to think of maybe reducing the amount of packaging for the people who order big quantities regularly? With 2 dogs at home the recycling bin is always full and made us think of maybe choosing other way to feed them seeing the amount of cardboard and plastic Thank you”

“We have had Naturo wet dog food since she was 16-week old she is now 6-years old. We have tried other dog food products but she has hesitated and not keen at all to eat it. When we open up the Naturo food she is keen, wagging her tail even when we emptied the plastic container, she will lick the container clean. It says it all. We always receive great customer service as well, talking to a real person in timely manner. Truly a fantastic product for our dog and a great customer service.”

“My brand of 7 years has suddenly become very unreliable. after research we came across Natura and decided to give it a go, as our 9 year old dog has such a sensitive stomach. But from the first taste she loved it. No bad stomach and she looks forward to her dinner, rushing to her bowl to eat it. We are both feeling happy and healthy with Natura!”

“We tried many types of food with all three of our dogs but they would eat them for a few weeks and then stop eating. They have been eating Naturo for the last 2 years and all three of them still look forward to feeding time. They are all healthy and full of energy and would definitely recommend Naturo if you have a fussy eater. We now have 6 puppies and will be recommending Naturo for the ones going to new homes.”

“My dog can’t eat any meat or meat derivatives she gets very itchy skin and licks her paws so the salmon with rice and veg is the only food I’ve found she can eat with no reaction Most places say salmon or white fish etc but when you look at the ingredients they have meat in it So she very happy and enjoys the naturo food I have to order online as I find it difficult to find the flavour I order in supermarkets When we got our second dog when he was old enough I weaned him into the same food so it’s just easier”

“Our dog is very fussy about what she eats and invariably goes off some foods from time to time but Naturo seems to suit her, she wolfs is all !!! There could do with being a few more flavours but I dont know if dogs can tell the difference. I have been so impressed that I sent a whole load of Dog and Cat food to our local animal rescue (Greenacres) to help them out too.”

“I have an extremely fussy Miniature Poodle but when I met Naturo exhibiting at a Motorhome show I stopped and explained the various food related issues I had with my dog. The staff were fantastic and I couldn’t believe it when he not only ate their sample but when I got home he ate the other samples they kindly gave me, even the dried kibble! Since then I have bought the various varieties of Naturo and he is doing well on it. I still have to vary what I give him as he doesn’t like the same food twice (something I was told by his previous owner) nor does he eat the daily amount recommended but that’s just him. Thank you 😘 Naturo!!!”

“Having tried several brands of dog food (not the cheap ones) and my dog sometimes being sick, putting on weight or disinterested, Naturo seems to please him and he cleans his plate every time. The tins served with the dry work very well with him. Delivery is always on time and its nice not to have to go to a supermarket and load up wth heavy tins.”
