“Food is great but delivery service when order online let's them down. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago & it still hasn't arrived! I emailed customer service yesterday & have received no response - very disappointing.”

“I've struggled to find a wholegrain food that my greyhound would consider eating and since we tried Naturo there's no more food wasting. I've also tried the grain-free, gluten-free cans. Mabel and I are also very happy with them. I wish there was a chicken-free grain and gluten-free option as I think my dog's tummy gets upset when she eats too much chicken. Also since Mabel is almost senior, I would love a greater flavour variety.”

“I was introduced to Naturo pet foods when a friend's dog passed away and they gave me the trays they had left! My dog went berserk over the food so she's had the same ever since! She spins in the kitchen and gets very excited when the word "dinner" mentioned. I like the subscription works so that the next order comes just before she uses her last tray! The team are also very helpful when there have been queries.”

“My senior dog got used to this new food, he is very sensitive and aside from some stool softness on the first days, it seems to go well. Naturo is more economical than other sensitive wet food, and this is great, I can give my pet good food within my budget. After reading reviews I saw there were comments about delivery delays. Therefore I prepared by buying the food at the supermarket in advance. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the delivery 6 days after only. Maybe it is because I am located in Ireland, in any case, I am happy with the delivery and the food.”

“We like the food but the service is not great. Orders are generated but there is a delay of almost a week before it is despatched. This means that we have to ensure we have enough food to cover the gap.”
