“A good variety of flavours and not sloppy like some wet foods. Easy to order and very fast delivery. If anything is out of stock I receive a phonecall to let me know and asking if I want to substitute for another flavour. Can't fault this company.”

“The food is excellent and the online service is very quick. My only complaint is that we always receive several tins or packs which are dented and occasionally to the point that air has got in and the food has gone off. This is usually the couriers fault but even within the well wrapped trays of tins we get lots with dents”

“My dog has to have a fish diet. She has been on Naturo for a long time. This was the first time ordered online, as having problems with local suppliers. Naturo customer service were Great, I had to change delivery address. My order was delivered on time and to the correct address. I will always buy direct from now on. GREAT”

“Bought the trays for my younger dog and the tins for me senior, Both are great, my younger girl never cleared her bowl before but now it's gone in record time. They smell amazing and are moist and delicious-looking. Definitely will be buying more.”

“My dog's absolutely love this pet food which I normally bought in my local supermarket, so I thought I'd buy it directly from the supplier but unfortunately I had my order declined due to the fact my son had recently moved back home due to unforseen circumstances, so I was very disappointed to learn that even though we are two very separate people because he now shares the same address as me I couldn't have my own account which I feel was wrong, because in this day in age many people are living in house shares and want there own account, so for that fact, I'm totally disappointed with customer service and I will make sure I will let all of my friends and family know of your policy. 😔”

“Naturo wet food works well for our Collie Lulu who has an intermittently dodgy tummy. She is a senior dog now but we have always had issues. We used the Naturo Direct service for the 1st time recently and all went well. The 1st order discount was a great bonus. All good here....”

“10kg bag ordered & received on time each month but wish I could purchase dried food with the wet food in pet stores / supermarkets as I like to have different food tastes for my greyhound. Food smells delicious which is what attracted me in first place - Amber loves it all. Thankyou”

“My dog loves this food and it smells lovely and meaty to his humans too. I like the range of foods available and the tray sizes available. Brilliant that I can purchase a mixed box as many manufacturers tend to have packs of same flavours. Seems a good quality product”

“My miniature dachshund is a very fussy eater he's had this food before and loved it but he's been playing around with his food this time but after a week he has settled and started eating it again, he will only eat the chicken, beef with vegetables and gelly, just hoping he will continue eating it, the food looks really nice”
