“Oscar is a very picky eater and he has embraced Naturo from the beginning. It is good value,speedy delivery. Staff are lovely on the phone if you have any questions. Glad we found Naturo. Partnership with DOD is a win win situation for everyone, as they are equally reliable.”

“Food is good as my dog loves it. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars is your delivery service is shocking. Food comes in boxes which are damaged badly and runs inside are all dented. Delivery company also just ring the bell and dump the boxes and are long gone before you answer. The boxes are extremely heavy and I think if delivered to elderly they wouldn’t be able to lift them.”
