“Very fussy, 11 year old boxer with a sensitive stomach. This food is amazing, no stomach issues, enjoys every bowl, so happy just wish would have known about it sooner 👍🏻”

“The food is great and our dog really loves it. However I am concerned about the ordering service as it seems to take ages before the food is despatched. I updated my subscription in order to receive the food within a shorter period and it took at least another 2 weeks before we were told the order was on its way. Is there anyway it could be quicker?”

“My pooch has always been a fussy eater. I was forever putting extra toppings on his regular food to try and entice him to eat! Since switching to Naturo he actually sits and waits for mealtimes and even licks his bowl!”

“It is a good quality wet food with a variety of flavours that maintains my dogs interest. We use it in conjunction with dry food to ensure variety in our dogs diet. The packages are excellent and suitable for travelling with your dog. Ordering is simple and delivery has been excellent to date.”

“Sent to my previous address. I still haven't received the delivery, order placed on 6th December. Out of pocket because having to buy from supermarket to keep our dog in food.”

“I’m still waiting for an update on the delivery of an order placed 7 days ago - no update from DPD on their web tracking and no reply from Naturo for a request for follow up yet. I’m out of pet food now and can’t source from anywhere so now I’m cooking food from scratch for my dog who has specific health needs at the moment. Very poor customer response from Naturo.”

“Tried most dog foods including vetenary diets but they always upset my dogs stomach. Naturo has been the only one that my dog loves. The subscription service is excellent and even with the busy Xmas deliveries it arrived promptly. Well pleased and I would highly recommend.”
