“Our dog has a chicken allergy. It can be difficult to find food without chicken in it. If it’s duck, beef or lamb it should just be that. If there’s chicken mixed in it, sometimes it’s not mentioned on the front packaging. Your food is great & is what it says it is”

“Our wee dog loves Naturo food, but it is the delivery which is a bit. much, but she can still have it as i can buy it from the local Tesco, so she can still have her fav dog food, i just need a bigger shopping bag. great quality food.”

“My cats really like the food however the portions are incorrect. Every pouch has less than 85g in it so you end up receiving less than what you pay for. This needs to be investigated.”

“Have enjoyed the convenience of having good quality food delivered. Unfortunatley, with the recent introduction of delivery to the Highlands and Islands, it does not make economical sense to continue having the food delivered. However, this does not detract from the good service I have received up until now. Thankyou.”
