“Overall I'm happy with my monthly subscription of the Naturo Adult Dog Food packs. Our oldest dog is 8yrs old and diabetic, so this isn't the best food for her as it's a minimum 28% DMB fat content, which is way outside of the 10% that I aim to give her. So I use this food mainly for our younger boy GSD and only give our girl 50g each meal time just to coat her kibble. As I weigh every ingredient for her, I've noticed that each tray of food is listed as being 400g - it isn't. Each empty, washed tray weighs 17g, and filled with food weighs just 408g on average - so there would be 391g of food per tray. This equates to a total of 432g per 48 trays missing each month - interesting statistics! I am on the lookout for a better food for both of the dogs, the diabetic dog has to take priority with the fat content especially because of the increased risk of pancreatitis and horrendous future vet bills, should that happen.”

“The food always arrives, well packed an undamaged. The food is good quality and my dogs love it. It suits their digestion. My border terrier is 15 yrs old, and my border collie is 8 years old. They are both active happy and lively. I mix wet food with dry food. I buy the turkey and rice senior wet food.”

“Food is great but the last to deliveries I have had many the outside tins have had big dents in them and not just one or two, this months came with 4 or 5 in each pack!!”

“We have struggled over the years to find a food that suits our 7 year old border terrier. We have tried many, mostly all dry foods from the most expensive to the cheapest, everyone of them after about 4 months caused stomach upsets. We discovered Naturo by chance, it was being sold in our local supermarket and I don't use purchase our dog food from a supermarket. Anyway, I looked up the food on All About Dog Food site and they gave it a good write up. Bought our first pack of 6 tins and haven't looked back. Alfie eats the tins and trays of the food, we don't buy him the kibble as the wet food suits him so well. Border Terriers are renowned for sensitive tums but this food is fantastic for him and I would recommend to any dog owner. They have grain and gluten free varieties and the ones with brown rice included but only in a small amount. Try it, you won't be disappointed.”

“I am very pleased with the food and it is extremely popular with my 18th month Bernese Mountain dog. I do have one complaint, though. I set up a subscription and have had three orders with that, but on the third the price has increased. It would have been good to have some previous notification of price rises, in order that I could compare with other companies. Also for the size of my regular orders, some reduction would be welcome.”

“Both my dogs have allergies so finding food the can both eat is a challenge. They love this food. The biggest issue I have is the packaging. I’ve been shopping with Naturo for a number of years and complained to customer services about tins arriving dented and the packaging beaten up. They always say they will talk to the courier. The courier is not the issue it’s the inadequate packaging. Flimsy cardboard that rips because it’s not designed for the size and shape of the contents. No reinforcement around the carrying handles. I get 6 boxes (216 tins) a month and without fail at least 1 tin will be open on arrival every time. But for the packaging this review would be 5 stars”
