I have given a good rather than excellent as the item was on a back order and when it arrived I have noted that the boxes are not as study as usual and seem to be from a different source. They don’t have the usual Naturepac branding on the base which also seems to confirm my thinking. Is the change temporary?”

Thank you very much for your feedback. This is the first batch of the platters we have had from this source. I am sorry if they are not up to our normal standard. We will look into it straight away and get back to you.
