“Die Gummies helfen bei mir entgegen der Bewertung mancher anderer überhaupt nicht. Angeblich soll man mit dem Verzehr von nur einem Gummi durchschlafen, da kann ich lieber warme Milch mit Honig trinken und das kostet ein Bruchteil.”

“Warum sich die Gummis optisch verändert haben hätte ich gern gewusst. Aber die "neuen" mit Melatonin tun auch ihren Dienst und sind somit okay. Allerdings habe ich festgestellt, dass die Wirkung nachlässt, wenn man sie längere Zeit hintereinander nimmt. Nach einer größeren Pause funktioniert es wieder mit dem Einschlafen.”
