“In regard to 'Supersoft' 100mm thick rolls made from recyled plastic bottles which I used for loft insulation - this is a relatively light material, easy for DIY installation and importantly it does not cause any irritation to skin. Upper-storey rooms are notably cooler in summer as compared to previous standard fibreglass. A second layer applied a year later to achieve 200mm (300mm to previously hottest room) has further reduced summer extreme heat within the upper-storey rooms. The seemingly superior quality of 'Supersoft' insulation easily outweighs any additional cost of this material over and above fibre-glass. It's very satisfying to be contributing to the re-use of plastic waste at the same time as benefitting from lower heating bills.”

“Supasoft insulation - excellent product & service - it is the second time we have used it, the first was complete loft insulation in our new build eco house, this time as a top up layer over the existing insulation in our eco retro fit bungalow. “My order was shipped in a timely fashion arriving, wrapped in plastic, on a pallet. I love the smell of sheep's wool insulation but, on this occasion so did several thousand blue bottle type flies which had found their way in through the plastic. Many were dead but just as many were alive. They were everywhere sandwiched between the wool batts which makes me suspect they were in my shipment before it was despatched. This was not very pleasant and so I ask Natural Insulation to check and check again that their sheep's wool is not contaminated in this way should I buy from them in future. This aside though, sheep's wool is a very special product which I whole heartedly recommend.”

As the wool itself is not a food source, we can only assume something must have entered the bag. It is not something we would anticipate will reoccur, although we will pass your message onto the warehouse.
