“Great product would recommend for use in confined space ie loft fitted no more fibres I would recommend wearing Google s as well as disposable suit as the old insulation gets disturbed and face mask.”

“This product of sheep’s wool insulation has changed my life. I did the whole installation myself. I got to know the wool. I imagined it on the hillside keeping the sheep warm. Sometimes I can smell the wool a little as it seeps through the gaps in my loft hatch. I talked to it as I might a comrade, coaxing it through gaps, chatting to it and thanking it for its co-operation. Sometimes I imagine the flock up there, snuggled together, keeping me warm. It is perfect insulation.”

“The service from Natural Insulations was excellent. But the courier used to deliver the goods was not. I paid a very large amount of money for delivery and for this I don't expect the goods to arrive covered in mud and wet. They had not been looked after in transit, clearly left outside, and in mud. Because of this I won't be buying from Natural Insulations again.”

“Purchased 17 rolls of the Thermafleece CosyWool Sheep's Wool Insulation, 100 mm and 50 mm thick. An absolute delight to handle and work with (in marked contrast with Rockwool and, even more so, the old fibreglass insulation I had to remove from the loft before fitting the sheep's wool). Subjectively, when laid it also somehow 'looks' the part - as if it will provide an ideal combination of good insulation AND breathability. In my experience, if something 'looks right' it generally is (and somehow blocks of celotex don't really look right to me). And excellent customer service from Natural Insulations, with very prompt delivery.”

I spoke with Joy who was very helpful and polite, I made the order via the website after the help that Joy gave me as I didn't have a payment means at hand during the telephone call.
