“Really happy with the customer service. I asked specifically for a change of packaging as I didn’t like disposing of large amounts of polystyrene and they accommodated (at my own risk of course) and used woollen packaging which I was then able to reuse to fill a cushion that now fits neatly in my dogs bed, keeping him warm and cosy at night. Thank you! Also, can I recommend creating an option for the buyer to choose what packaging they would like and the risks incurred at their own expense, that way many people may prefer eco friendly alternatives that they can reuse, like I have been able to. Happy with this company and the food which is actually cheaper on this site than I have found elsewhere, ideal!”

“Good value but the Sheltie found then too big and sinewy. They are not a substitute for fish ‘cubes’ . For medium to large dogs they are more suitable .”
