“Never received any of the items in my order, in fact I’ve had more ‘surveys’ and review prompts than I got help when the order went missing and had to chase this company multiple times for an update and finally a refund. Plus I have unsubscribed as I won’t be dealing with them again so do not appreciate yet another request for a review!”

Hi Stephanie, unfortunately, this is one of the rare occasions where our distribution partner DPD has let us down by loosing your order. This is a risk that all online orders may occasionally face, and is one that thankfully as I say rarely happens. As you will appreciate as we do not facilitate the delivery part of orders, just the picking and packing that your issue is not with us, but with DPD. The situation also occurred over this past Bank Holiday weekend where our customer service runs on partial responses, but can only deliver and respond on what they receive again as responses from the delivery company on delivery updates. I have reviewed your case and can see responses from our team were given in a timely and appropriate way and that a resolution has already been reached. I apologise for your dissatisfaction for something that was outside of our control. Wishing you a better shopping experience online next time.

“My dog loves those sprats , my issue without realising it I ended up paying another £2 per bag, just so that we get a free bag of sprats that only cost, £2.99 and the bag can be resealed, so you're charging an extra £2 for a bag that resealable that would only cost a few p more bit of a con won't catch me like that next time”
