Hi Martin, Thank you for your review 😁, we don't disagree with your suggestion regarding notes within the box, and this has been mentioned before. However, given the fact we send out literally hundreds of parcels every day, printing hundreds of documents can also been seen as unnecessary and wasteful. We are mindful of carbon foot print, and proud of our recyclable packaging and paperless systems. Please note we do email customers a digital order confirmation, shipping confirmation which contains a link to download a digital invoice - which can be printed if required... Before leaving negative reviews, please consider we did not force you into purchasing this product (it is always your choice whether or not to purchase) and that we have past on saving to our customers for over four months. “Thumbs up. I fully intend to buy from here again. Super impressed by delivery time(!) (I think it was here on the 3rd day after ordering). Nuts good quality. Nut butter prices good - and an impressive range of options. Not sure if packaging is recyclable for them, would be great to see it so if it isn't ;) - I imagine this may increase the price a smidgen. Like the free taster pot per order option of something idea. :)”

Hi Aimee, Just to confirm, all our packaging is fully recyclable. Pouches, pots, delivery packaging, and even paper based tapes 😁.
