Hi Frederick, We are sorry to hear of the disappointment in the sample shelled Hazelnuts we supplied. This is most unusual, we are mystified to why this particular sample was so bad, given the fact this is current crop, we process literally hundreds of tons of hazelnuts, and rarely have any issues with the finished product.
