“Not happy that my order of pecan "halves" and walnut "halves" contained a considerale amount of broken bits and crumbs. If I'd wanted bits and crumbs I would have ordered them instead.”

Hi Charles, We are sorry to hear you found so many broken halves within the nuts supplied, they certainly wouldn't have left us in that condition, and does not reflect reviews left by other customers who have purchased the same products. This sounds like damage caused by crushing during mail sorting, or possibly an inconsiderate postie who has been heavy handed with your delivery. Before leaving negative reviews about damages which where most likely caused by Royal Mail, we would always encourage the customer to contact us direct by responding to the order confirmation email, enabling us to investigate and resolve swiftly.
