“I had bought a hoodie from this site, I had voiced my concerns about scuffs on the logo on the hoodie and they played it off as if it was a part of the design which really upset me as I’ve recently had a friend who had the same hoodie tell me that’s not correct at all.”

“You didn't get back to me for 2.5 weeks - only when I was asking about the status of my parcel you let me know that - ahhh well "shipping to the Canaries is soooo expensive" .. WTF - how would I have been able to order and pay in the first place? Then you forced me to ship to some EU mainland country - in my case Austria where I had to pay >50% of the actual order price in tax”

“Absolutely amazing communication and total honesty! Slight mishap our package was delivered elsewhere in error, had a phone call to explain, parcel was enroute back to them and would be turned around and shipped to us straight away. Couldn't fault the honesty and care we received., true to word the skateboard was delivered on Friday. Fantastically packaged, an awesome birdhouse board. Would highly recommend these guys.”
