“Booking was very simple and easy with competitive rates. However the issue I had was with the driver. Upon collection he couldn’t find the address and demanded that we should find him. When he eventually found the pick up, I gave him the delivery address fully as he was only using the postcode. He didn’t write it down or take note. As I ordered a small van, he also turned up in a family car, thankfully my delivery was small so not a problem but it was not what I booked. Two hours later I received a call from him telling me the delivery had arrived instead of calling the collection contact. After I provided him with the contact again he then was in the incorrect address despite the address being a major London landmark (Somerset house). It took well over 25 minutes for the delivery to be made with correspondence with the general public on the drivers phone as he couldn’t locate himself. I understand it can be difficult, however for the price of the service I expected a little higher standard.”

“We needed an urgent same day delivery - despite being short notice, a hot Friday, being a very busy afternoon in London with Wimbledon - turnaround time was just 2 hours from collection. Excellent Service! Will definitely be using again!”

“Super quick & easy to book online for our urgent shipment. Delivery lady turned up quickly & was super nice & chatty. We received updates that the parcel had been picked up, a specified delivery time & when it was delivered. Was so impressed that we opened an account with them which saved us money from the online booking and will be using them much more in the future!”

“I needed to get a letter-size package to London within a few hours. I initially spoke to someone at Nationwide through online chat and then by email with Sam in the office. All was sorted very quickly, they were the cheapest quote and offered the fastest collection & delivery. Their customer service is excellent. I would certainly use Nationwide again and recommend them to others.”

“Fantastic service. I went online for a quote for a high value package I needed collected in North London and brought to Northampton. It took me about 3 minutes on the site to get it booked and the driver collected about 90 mins later. Within about 2hrs of collection, the driver delivered to me, also noted that he was in uniform and a branded van (I had visions of an Uber turning up!). Very good value. I made two other phone calls for pricing and Nationwide were also the cheapest. Highly recommended, nice and easy, cheap and fast same day delivery as promised.”

“Dear the NCS Team I just wanted to give you a big 5 star review to say thank you so much to your team for saving the day last Friday! My fiancée was on his stag, arrived at Portsmouth ferry terminal and realised he had my passport and not his!! Your team sorted out a courier who then met me at my house within an hour of my phone call and like an angel, got it to Portsmouth within two hours of the last ferry. After 4pm on a bank holiday in all the traffic! Your team are absolutely incredible and efficient and meant he could carry on his stag do! What a complete saga (I don’t think he will ever live this one down). Thank you to you and your team again and of course the wonderful courier who got it there in time! Absolute life savers! “Absolutely delighted with the service provided, especially from Hollie in sales who went beyond the call of duty to fulfil my order by staying at work at least half an hour beyond her normal working hours to make sure my same day delivery went through...Thank You Hollie, especially as the pick-up and delivery went wholly according to plan.”
