“I recently booked a same-day courier service from Kent to East Sussex. The driver arrived about 30 minutes early, while I was still packing the goods. He happily accepted a cup of coffee and waited for me to finish pack, and eventually left with the parcel a few minutes before he had originally been due to arrive. He delivered the parcel lust over an hour later, which was brilliant. Super Service. THANK YOU”

“Used this service for the first time on the 28/1, and I must say from start to finish I could not fault them, from e-mails, people on the phone, it was like nothing was to much trouble, I will be using nationwide again not just because of the above, but also, I shopped around, for quotes and Nationwide came out cheapest. whats not to like.... p.s the driver was very good aswell.”

“Exceptionally High Service Level! Nationwide Courier Service provides Clear and Prompt updates to ensure a full visibility of consignment progress from the moment of booking through to completion. A few things needing improvement: *portal has few glitches and design needing a refresh *tracking could include a live GPS location *portal needs ability to add more details, especially for time-sensitive deliveries and ability to add delivery booking information”

“We had a complicated two address delivery which was urgent and needed to be there the same day. Hollie was so helpful with the booking and after sales service. The documents were delivered on time with no problems. Would definitely use this amazing service again.”

“Excellent service, quotation was competitive (although they need to add London congestion charges to the initial quote), driver was early but waited until the scheduled time, parcel delivered quickly with confirmation of delivery. Nationwide will be my first choice for courier services.”

“My workplace has been using Nationwide Courier Service ever since we went into lockdown. We had to ensure everyone got their equipment from the office in order to continue working. This was a huge operation which took many journeys. I can not praise the staff at Nationwide enough for their help and support. There were lots of last-minute arrangements and change of times and they accommodated each and every time. Highly recommended.”

“Usually very happy with the service. BUT they charge extra for the ULEZ (which they shouldn't - they should only be using low emission vehicles) AND they charge every customer the full congestion charge (even though the charge covers all journeys made within 24 hours and drivers are very likely making several journeys per day) Our items are collected on time and delivered promptly. Very reasonable prices *outside* London but within London they are far more expensive then all other companies.”
