“The first call I made was handled quickly politely efficiently and friendly The booking was done rapidly and confirmed rapidly They called me to say my goods were loaded and what time to expect them They arrived on the minute and the driver helped unload them and was friendly Would definitely recommend and use again”

“We hold a TNT account, as they offer same day. They are difficult to get through and today their system was down! we used Nationwide who have a simple online booking service and paid by card with anticipated collection and delivery. Their fees were not unreasonable, they confirmed quickly, supplied a PDF invoice and collected quicker than anticipated and delivered same day promptly. On this basis I would sooner use them again in future business.”

“The assistance I received over the phone was excellent. The guy was extremely patient and helpful as I was having IT problems which made it hard to complete the necessary form. I then received a phone call from the manager when I was having problems with paying online. She was polite and helpful and the transaction was completed.”

“More than happy with my delivery, there was a problem at the delivery point but a lovely lady in the office was more than happy to help us resolve the issue and our parcel was delivered to the correct person. Would defiantly use again :)”

“Everyone at Nationwide was extremely helpful in answering my queries. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I was confident that they were providing a good service, and the package went straight from our door to the collection point; no stop offs, which ensured the confidentiality of the data enclosed. Would definitely use them again.”
