NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “I was very impressed with NAC coming the next day for me at such a busy time over Christmas, it put my mind at rest when I was told the oven could be fixed - I said to the engineer he had saved the day! I had text messages and emails to keep me up to date beforehand and everything was done very efficiently. I will be using this company if I need to ever again. Thank you.”

“Usual very prompt arrival of the engineer, after dismantling the appliance it was discovered that parts were no longer available to effect a repair but obviously this is not any fault on NCA service. Used them a few times and will certainly contact them again when appropriate.”

“The lovely voice of Yvonne on the phone when I called to book an appointment was so reassuring and helpful. Paul, the appliance engineer, was accommodating and was able to help us with our broken washing machine so quickly. When he arrived, he was friendly and also explained things to us. “Our 7 year old Samsung Washer developed a leak so searched for a repair company and trusted the reviews on line. I wasn't disappointed with the service which was excellent as was the communication. Two visits unfortunately due to parts not being in stock but overall excellent customer service and Danny was quick, efficient and friendly. No problem in recommending at all, thank you”

“Booking a repair for our washing machine was easy, thanks to the efficient handling by the office staff. When our engineer Alex arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and ensured the replacement part was ordered straight away. On his return visit, he worked efficiently and went to great lengths to explain what he was doing, and when finished he encouraged us to give it a good test, and be sure to ring again if we were not completely satisfied. Throughout, he was very friendly, gave helpful tips, and left our kitchen clean and tidy. He is an excellent representative for your Company”
