NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. Whether it’s an extractor hood that’s stopped keeping the kitchen free of smells, or a tumble drying suffering a grinding noise as it spins, we can source the parts and an adept repairer to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

“I was pleased with the prompt reply to my request for a repair; the mechanic turned up on the day requested, with advance notice given of his arrival time. He inspected my machine but, due to its age, the parts were unavailable. It cost me over £100 for the call-out which included VAT and fitting of any parts. If parts had been available, his return visit to fit them would not have incurred an additional call-out cost, just the cost of the parts. The mechanic was polite and carried a machine reader so the invoice could be settled there and then. My receipt was immediately sent by email.”

“My initial call was answered quickly and efficiently. The communication was clear and an appointment made within 72 hours. The engineer arrived within the given time frame. He diagnosed the issue after a careful inspection of the dishwasher and found a small pinhole which was causing the problem. Although it was not damage he could fix, I was impressed that he found it and we discussed how I might plug the hole myself. Although the call-out charge was possibly not the cheapest, it was worth it and I would use NAC again.”

“all ok -a bit faster would be better. Can I suggest that the engineer knows, or can easily check, how much the spare part would cost. In our case, if we had known the part was to cost £164, we might have decided that a new machine would be our choice.”

“Needed a few repairs to our gas cooker. Gas engineer came out a day after my call. Reasonable quote for the parts required and no extra labour above the call out charge. All sorted within a week. Our engineer Aj was efficient and friendly. Overall an excellent service.”
