NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. Whether it’s an extractor hood that’s stopped keeping the kitchen free of smells, or a tumble drying suffering a grinding noise as it spins, we can source the parts and an adept repairer to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

“Great communication, allowed me to confirm the visit and told me when the engineer was on his way. He was very pleasant and did a thorough job. He was unable to find a fault but the washing machine has worked perfectly since his visit. It obviously just needed his magic touch.”

“Great service, dishwasher was inspected, parts ordered and fixed within a week. Really easy, convenient online system to use. Picked the date and the engineer came exactly when he said he would on both occasions. Very friendly and explained everything well. No hidden costs, everything was up front and clear, and was kept informed of progress throughout the whole thing end to end.”

“Andrew came on time and identified the problem within minutes and advised that we needed to change three small 'O' ring washers, about 1 inch in diameter. All well and good until we reecieved the invoice for the parts. Three small washers - £32.80 and to rub salt into the wound, £9.40 delivery (these would easily fit into an envelope). Andrew was 5 star; the parts and delivery cost 1 star. I feel as if I have been well and truly shafted by NAC.”

“Kingston was very friendly, polite and helpful. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and what he was needing to do to solve it. This meant that I was happy to go ahead with the repair. When he came to do the repair he did it very swiftly, which was great. He also kept me well informed about what time he would be arriving.
