With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. “Unfortunately, because of the age of my cooker Andy was unable to source parts which were out of stock and as Christmas only a week away I have had to source a new cooker. Could not fault the service and help I received.”

“Wayne came to fix my Bosch dishwasher last week - and what an honest, delightful and knowledgeable person he is! I should know, because my late husband (who died last year) was once in the same line of work - so this was the first time I have had to rely on a third party to assist me when a household appliance has failed! The fault really lay with a slow ingress of water from my poorly fitted kitchen sink, but Wayne gave my machine a thorough testing and left me feeling confident that once I had renewed the silicone seal around the sink edge,the problem would be unlikely to return. Wayne kept me in the loop at all times, both prior to and during his visit - so I knew very clearly when he'd be arriving to rescue me from the kitchen Hell of washing dishes by hand! For all the aforementioned reasons I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the services of NAC Domestic Appliances Ltd - but above all I commend Wayne,their impeccable engineer.”

“Managed to get a same day appointment unlike the other companies we rang. Our engineer Nathan was there shortly and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. We really appreciated the advice that the part required was expensive and perhaps not economically wise to purchase, which has saved us a lot of money. I'm sure other companies would have just wanted us to buy the part even though it made more financial sense to replace the whole unit. Would highly recommend NAC and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you!”

“I was very impressed with the person who came to do the repair which was not straightforward. He arrived on time and spent an hour and a half locating the cause of the problem and what part was needed. The part was ordered and I was told the price and agreed to go ahead. The engineer returned the following week and completed the repair within half an hour. The hob now works better than it has ever done.The engineer was very friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend this company.”

“Fantastic service from this company,booked a date ,engineer phoned and gave myself a time and was there on time,problem with oven and I’ve been shamed for this from my wife ,cooking too many home made pork pies,engineer was extremely polite and informative about the problem,cleaned and fixed the oven and it’s going to take more than a bunch of flowers to get back into her ladyships good books,thanks everyone,I will definitely recommend your company to friends and social media #inthedoghouse.”

“James repaired my larder freezer and he was very personable. Bit of a gripe though in as much as I had a five hour slot from 12 to 5pm and thought that could have been cropped down. Anyway it’s still working but it was only repaired yesterday 😂😂”
