NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “Brilliant service for my washing machine problem diagnosed roblem very quickly ordered part and rang me a couple of hours later to say he had part and was coming to fit it. Tested machine after fitting all ok and at a very reasonable. Call out charge £20 less than others will certainly recommend them”

“Engineer arrived on time, tested the oven thoroughly, talked us fully through the issue with temperature control. Tidied up - nice change from other workmen we have had. Oven now working properly again.”

“Absolutely no follow up and terrible after care service . You’ve taken £108 for 10mins work and nobody following up on what needs to be done to fix my fridge freezer. There’s no quote on work needed despitre bieng told “we shall get back to you”. Ive chased twice and still nobody has called and its been over a week and a half. Im still without a fridge freezer!!!!!!!! You get tired of the people on the phone saying they will get back to you and dont!”

“My dishwasher could’ve been repaired with costly spare parts and another call-out fee, but NAC were transparent and had honest conversation with me about viability of going ahead. I really respect this integrity in a company and will certainly use again should other appliances fail. Thank you.”

“Easy to book, prompt communications, no issues with rebooking when the appointment didn't suit me at the last minute. My only criticism (or suggestion) is that an estimated time slot is given prior to the date of the appointment. On the morning of my scheduled appointment I received a text saying that ETA was 17:00-19:00. I had booked to be home all day, but currently work evenings too! The following day a very amicable engineer arrived who didn't try to flog us more than we needed. Awaiting spares, but has booked two dates to return in advance, depending on the arrival of parts. The first time using NAC, but will definitely use again! I'm so fed up chasing companies for half-decent customer service, but these guys are exemplary - a refreshing change!”

“Having never used NAC I was a little wary but had absolutely nothing to worry about. The communication from the engineer was brilliant and the whole process super easy. Even though I chose not to go ahead with the repair (as the machine was old and the part quite expensive) the engineer was willing to share his knowledge on what machine might be best to buy which was great. Thanks NAC. I will definitely be using you for any future problems.”

“Alex responded within a hour to my call out, unfortunately he couldn't help on this occasion as my fridge freezer couldn't be saved, he made a clean job removing it from my kitchen cabinets and offered good advice etc, I would definitely recommend this company”

“The technician arrived at the time expected with his trainee. Polite and tidy and set to work. He could not repair my microwave as a spare part was needed. As it later turned out the spare part is no longer available. (Kenworthy does not make this spare for a 14-month-old microwave so I have had to buy a new one.) I would deal with NAC again, though. Good service but not cheap.”
