NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. Whether it’s an extractor hood that’s stopped keeping the kitchen free of smells, or a tumble drying suffering a grinding noise as it spins, we can source the parts and an adept repairer to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

“Our 7 year old Samsung Washer developed a leak so searched for a repair company and trusted the reviews on line. I wasn't disappointed with the service which was excellent as was the communication. Two visits unfortunately due to parts not being in stock but overall excellent customer service and Danny was quick, efficient and friendly. No problem in recommending at all, thank you”

“Booking a repair for our washing machine was easy, thanks to the efficient handling by the office staff. When our engineer Alex arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and ensured the replacement part was ordered straight away. On his return visit, he worked efficiently and went to great lengths to explain what he was doing, and when finished he encouraged us to give it a good test, and be sure to ring again if we were not completely satisfied. Throughout, he was very friendly, gave helpful tips, and left our kitchen clean and tidy. He is an excellent representative for your Company”

“Apart from being very frustrated that I couldn't communicate by text (customer responses are confined only to "Y" or "N"),and a bit put out because the name "NAC Domestic Appliances Ltd." was hard to spot in communications received, I was happy with the service and very pleased to have a functioning dishwasher once again.
