NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. “Hi, I’ve given a ‘thumbs up’ response as the call out was fine. 3 appliances were checked and faults diagnosed. One element needed replacing but due to New Year business availability, wasn’t available until 6 days later and was quoted at more than double the price of a similar item I found with next-day delivery so I rejected that and fitted the element myself. The other 2 appliances needed replacement circuit boards but, due to the age of the units, these were not available any longer (at least through the engineer’s usual suppliers). I will need to investigate whether I can source these parts myself. So the service provided was good, but did not resolve the issues with my appliances. With thanks,”

“Andrew attended promptly as promised and set about solving the problem he quickly sorted out the problem with the washing machine and the noticed there was a problem with the drainage.Following his advice I stripped out the undersink pipework only to find that there was a more fundamental problem within the entire apartment drainage.This has now been resolved and everything works fine.Would definitely recommend NAC for any future appliance repairs.”

“A lack of information on the email after first, visit caused the wrong part to be ordered, after research by myself the correct part was ordered. However, when it arrived it was broken after speaking to the parts supplier they supplied a replacement part. The engineer who visited both times was very good, on time and very polite and he provided a good service. Pity NAC could not obtain the spare part for him to fit. Rating would have been higher if NAC had sourced the spare part.”
