“The engineer was very punctual arrived well within the time slot and was able to fix the problem very quickly and efficiently. I needed a new washing machine handle and was all sorted out in half an hour. He was very friendly and courteous.”

“I was impressed. I filled in a form online on Sunday, choosing a date which was convenient to me, and immediately received an acknowledgment telling me that they would confirm my request on Monday. This they did, together with my engineer's telephone number. I was advised of a two hour window and the engineer called me one hour before he arrived. The repair - which wasn't necessary as it happened - did incur a call-out charge but I was advised that I would not have to pay this should the problem recur within the next three months. The engineer was pleasant and knowledgeable and all in all I would rate this firm as excellent.”

“Guy rang me regarding repair to American fridge freezer within minutes of requesting repair. He came promptly and was very friendly and courteous. Our fridge was 17 years old and they struggled to find parts from LG being over ten years old. Guy ordered one from eBay based on info we gave him from error fault, and model number etc, which took an age to come and it actually never turned up. We went on a short holiday and he gave us instructions as to what to do while away. In return he and his son visited and gave filters a thorough clean, which he hoped would sort it. Unfortunately it didn’t so in meantime Guy took photo of needed part, googled it and came few days later and fitted it. He went that extra mile to get right piece for an ageing freezer that many wouldn’t have bothered about. Very impressed with service.”
