With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. Whether it’s an extractor hood that’s stopped keeping the kitchen free of smells, or a tumble drying suffering a grinding noise as it spins, we can source the parts and an adept repairer to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

“The engineer came out within the allotted time and was very courteous and efficient. He explained in detail the fault with the washing machine and advised I would receive a quote by email. As it turned out the machine was not economically viable to repair which is the advice I was given rather than being quoted for expensive parts. “Service excellent in terms of call out- diagnosed problem quickly and returned with new part within a week. Only problem is the new Ayer pump was not tested with wet clothes in drum - while the terrible noise has stopped this has been replaced by a sucking type sound, quite loud, every few seconds. Please listen to attached video. It had this problem from drying of first washing onwards. I don’t know how to get the engineer back without paying another call-out charge…?”
