NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “I had a problem with my dishwasher leaking and after calling several local repair firms who didn't turn up I contacted NAC. An engineer arrived that day and after a discussion which indicated the possibility of several things that could cause the leaking, we decided the best and most cost-effective thing to do was try a new seal. It was ordered and fitted promptly but sadly this has not sorted the problem which I knew was a possibility but my only other option is now a new dishwasher. The engineer was extremely helpful and informative and I feel better informed going forward with my next purchase. I would definitely use NAC again and would highly recommend them.”

“I was a little dubious about ringing for a repair for our washer but to be honest I don't know why the initial caller was friendly and informative so I booked the washer in for the next day which was good for me the engineer arrived on time was friendly and explained what he was doing as he went along and basically he got my washer working properly again which I was super pleased with So well done to the engineer who did have a name but I've forgotten it ! To the colleague who answered the phone well done Right I've got to go I've got washing to wash 🙂 I will use this company again x”

“The service of this company is outstanding. When I booked the application on line, I received emails advising how they would proceed ie with ETA. On the morning of the repair I has a phone call to let me know the engineer would arrive between a certain time. He was on time and did the repair. He was very polite and told me what needed to be done. He did it in no time at all. Very satisfying experience.”

“Engineer very efficient diagnosed problem with Miele washer - part required. I paid on the Monday and the part wasn’t fitted until Tuesday the following week. No update at all after placing order , it would be better if customer was kept upto date re progress of part and delay . We were recommended a service pack and paid for this but it was not supplied. I emailed customer services but as yet have had no reply. Overall disappointing although work performed by engineer was excellent”

“We paid to have NAC repairs come out twice to fix our washing machine as our clothes were coming out cold. The engineer said it was because we were over filling it. Then we got them back when the motor had failed and the same engineer came and said that the motor was no longer being made. However, we took it to a 3rd party after this who was easily able to retrieve the new motor, and also informed us that our heating element had packed up, asking us “do your clothes not come out cold?” After reading the many other reviews of people having the same issue. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times over 3 months and been fobbed off with a “we will get the engineer to get in touch”. Also: it's incredibly difficult to post a bad review if you had a bad experience, lots of positive reviews pop up so they are one of “those” companies… It has also been very difficult to post this review up on their new "Review.IO" platform, as they have tried repeatedly to take the review down.”

“After confusion of when repair could be done I was contacted by Engineer to arrange visit. He kindly advised us that he was running a bit late and confirmed with us a new time which was met. He was very polite and quickly solved the problem with freezer. Thank you Jamie.”

“Job fixed very swiftly by a friendly and competent engineer who diagnosed the issue correctly and swiftly. The callout charge seems unnecessarily high for such a quick fix. Maybe you can have a few time-window callout charge pricing options (which include travel time to the location). This would make me more inclined to book you again.”

“I called NAC about a problem with my Bosch oven door, everything was explained to me as to what would happen next, the engineer called me and was very prompt in responding. The problem was assessed and parts ordered. NAC then re contacted me with a time for the engineer to come back to fix the parts, all done with minimum fuss and all fixed by a knowledgeable, friendly engineer. Thank you NAC”

“I had a problem with my fridge freezer. The engineer, Dylan, telephoned to let me know he was en route, and quickly found out what the problem was. He also telephoned his team leader to make sure that his diagnosis was correct because he could not directly test the faulty part. Unfortunately, the fridge freezer needed a part to be replaced. This was ordered quickly and once in stock, the team at NAC Domestic Appliances contacted me to make another appointment for the part to be fitted. Dylan returned and quickly fitted the part. Result - one call out, one part ordered, two visits and a working fridge freezer. Less than half the cost of a replacement without the hassle. I would recommend NAC Domestic Appliances to anyone, but I hope I don't need them again!”
