“Much appreciated the booking confirmation and regular updates on arrival time of engineer. I live in the country and am not always easy to find but Arek arrived on time, was very polite, competent and knowledgeable . The cooker fault was not easy to track down but he persevered for 2 hours until finally identifying the issue - a slug had crawled up inside the cooker and shorted out the induction hob! A fault I guess is not included in the service manual! I was also impressed by the efficiency of being able to pay immediately and receive a receipt by instant email. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing an appliance repair.”

“NAC responded to my request within 24 hours. The engineer kept me informed regarding planned visit and was very swift in identifying the fault with our Miele machine. Sadly, the cost of parts precluded its repair but I was nonetheless grateful for the service.”

“I contacted NAC because my washing machine had stopped working, they booked an engineer in quickly and when Wes arrived and he was friendly and professional. The washing machines needed a part ordering but the whole process was quick and easy and Wes was back out within the week to fit the part and get the washing machine back up and running. Would highly recommend NAC!”

The engineer came on time, and had all the tools required for the job as well as the spare parts needed. He did the job fast, and safely and was very knowledgeable and discreet.
